Ali Olney is a dedicated educator with a deep commitment to student engagement, wellness, and equity in education. With over a decade of experience in teaching and program development, Ali previously served as Senior Class Dean and English Teacher at Ravenscroft School in Raleigh, NC. She has designed and led programs focused on real-world readiness, student voice, and community connection. A champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion, she has also coordinated DEI initiatives and student affinity groups, helping to foster a culture of belonging. Ali brings mindfulness into the classroom and beyond as a certified yoga instructor, integrating practices that support well-being and resilience. She holds degrees in English Literature from William Peace University and North Carolina State University, and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Stanford University.
