Rika joins the Mountain Campus staff to manage front-of-house operations in the morning and both operate and coordinate school transportation in the afternoon. Rika
is the spouse of the Mountain Campus’s new science teacher, Nate, and joins SMS with over ten years of elementary and pre-school teaching experience. Rika holds a Masters of Education in Early Childhood from the University of Georgia and a BA in Environmental Policy and Analysis from Boston University. Rika also brings a love of the outdoors to SMS with extensive travel in our National Parks, Australia (resided there for 4 years) and she lived on her boat with her family 2024-25 sailing the Eastern seaboard and Bahamas.
