Maya will lead the early elementary humanities curriculum. She holds a Master’s of Education from Lesley University and brings extensive experience in lower school humanities classrooms through her residency at Buckingham Browne and Nichols. Beyond teaching core subjects like math and literacy, she fosters student growth on the ice and the field as a youth hockey and lacrosse coach. With a background in outdoor leadership, Maya led multi-day canoeing and backpacking trips for students while at St. Lawrence University. Her role includes providing sleep coverage for Aspen and participating in the Mountain Campus duty rotation.
