Ian Nolon is an outdoor educator and musician with a passion for experiential learning. A magna cum laude graduate of Middlebury College with a joint major in Earth and Climate Sciences and Geography, Ian has conducted published geochemical research and brings a deep curiosity about people, place, and the environment. He has led multi-week international hiking expeditions for middle school students through his work at Overland Summer Camps, fostering resilience, teamwork, and confidence in challenging outdoor settings. Outside our classrooms, he is a published singer-songwriter, a cappella music director, and long-distance thru-hiker of the Appalachian and Pacific Crest Trails.
