Bio
Liam relocated to Steamboat Springs in March of 2021, drawn to the active lifestyle created by the Rocky Mountains. Born and raised in Chicago, he discovered his love for skiing and the outdoors in college and has fortunately caught the Yampa Valley Curse.
Professionally, Liam leverages his proven track record in commercial real estate finance at JLL, a leading global real estate advisory firm. As part of a national team specializing in healthcare real estate capital markets, he advises clients on critical financial strategies across investment sales, debt capital markets, and equity raises for medical office buildings nationwide. Prior to JLL, Liam was a commercial banker at Capital One in New York and Chicago covering various commercial real estate debt products. Throughout his career, Liam has played a key role in over $3 billion worth of real estate transactions.
Outside of work, Liam is an avid outdoor enthusiast, constantly seeking new ways to explore Steamboat’s stunning scenery. When not outdoors he enjoys trying new things, from baking delicious treats to tackling DIY projects. A lifelong learner, Liam holds a degree in finance from Miami University.
